Yes, Utah law requires all drivers 18 years and older to complete the free Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course before operating a UTV on public lands. The course takes 10-15 minutes to complete online at recreation.utah.gov. You'll need to present your certificate at check-in. This requirement applies to all Moab SXS rentals, ensuring safe and responsible off-road practices.

The primary renter, responsible party, must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license. This age requirement ensures safety and meets our insurance standards. Any age is welcome to join the fun!

Cancellation policy

Cancel 14+ Days before rental: Full Refund minus 10% processing fee

Cancel 7-13 Day before rental: 50% Refund

Cancel less than 7 Days before rental: No Refund

No-Show: No Refund

If selected, optional Peace of Mind Protection is not refundable.

Guests will receive a full refund, including optional Peace of Mind Protection if selected, in case of operator cancellation for any reason.

Yes they are street legal and can be driven directly from our lot to the trail heads! (Up to the 45 mph. Please follow speed limit signs)
